This is an all-level yoga class taught by Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor. This is a multi-level class and keeps it challenging for people who have been practicing for a while and at the same time encouraging those just starting out (or returning after a break) to take it at their own pace. Following your yoga practice, the pose called savasana slows beta brain waves and relaxes your central nervous system. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, block and strap, small throw blanket.
