High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a growing and exciting way to work out. Relatively low impact with timed intervals designed to boost your metabolism to its max for better fat burning and more muscle building. Recent studies show women get more benefit from a thirty minute HIIT workout that doing an hour on their favorite cardio machine. We will be doing four or five different exercises and will work each exercise for a timed twenty second all out and then, ten second rest. We will repeat this for ten sets for a thirty minute sweat-fest! Have some fun and get into the best shape of your life with this dynamic work out.
