This activity is closed to further registration.
Originally called Contrology, this practice trains the core to better stabilize the body while at the same time lengthening muscle and fascia to rid the body of stress and imbalances. Joseph Pilates said "10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you'll be on your way to a new body!"
If the minimum registration is not met, the class will be canceled. So, please sign up early.
