Come explore the trails from Buchanan Recreation Center with Rob Wright who will be the coach! If you enjoy being active and outside, this five week class is for you! All abilities are welcome as we'll work on building endurance, speed and strength each week as we explore new routes. You'll learn proper technique for uphill/downhill running. We'll also learn about gear, safety, nutrition and set personal goals.
Kids will meet at the Buchanan Recreation Center.
