This class consists of 4 major parts; breathing techniques to enhance the immune system, exercises (poses) to stretch and strengthen the body, guided imagery to help calm and focus the mind/emotions, and connection with others and instructor. Any level can participate. Yoga is for everybody, no matter the shape or health. Equipment: yoga mat, strap, 1-2 blocks. If you do not have equipment, adaptations can be made. Talk with the instructor on the 1st day of class. No class January 18.
