Start your day off right by practicing Gentle Yoga. This class is personalized for you to explore poses and specific breathing techniques designed to strengthen the lungs and immune system while refreshing your mind and heart. A guided visualization will be included at the end of every class. Equipment: yoga mat, strap, 2 blocks and 1 - 3 blankets. If you do not have any equipment, adaptations can be made.
