Description
This class is a great workout for teens and adult with or without gymnastics experience. After a cardio based conditioning session as a socially distanced group, our coach will aid students in working to achieve their personal fitness goals. Masks are required at all times. Entrance to the building is restricted until the start of the class. Pre-registration and month long commitment is required. In-person registration is not available.
It's never to late to start! Adults can do gymnastics too.
