Hardball NY will be teaming up with Velocity Sports Performance once again for our 2nd Annual Arm Strength Program, Jan. 6 – March 6. Last Year our athletes saw an increase of 4 MPH or higher on their fastballs after completing this program. Athletes will be with Hardball NY 2x per week, Mon. 530-6p & Fri. 430-5p, long tossing in our Utility Area (simulating up to 200ft) and will be taught proper throwing mechanics throughout the program. All participating athletes will also join Velocity Sports Performance 2x week and will focus Rotator Cuff Strengthening, Core Rotational Power, Active Dynamic Flexibility, and Total Body Strength and Power Development.
