This activity is closed to further registration.
All fitness levels are welcome for this low impact but high intensity, stress-busting workout set to motivating music. Come climb hills, ride through mud, race your neighbors, sprint to the finish line, or just take a leisurely ride. Be sure to bring water & a towel. Class will be 45 minutes and taught by Charla Lorenzen, an experienced ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. Ages 14+
