The Biggest Loser Challenge is for adults who would like to make a positive lifestyle change and become fitter and healthier under the coaching of a professional trainer. This program is for individuals that need to lose 5% or more body weight. A Biggest Loser Pro will equip you with the expert training you need on proper workout routines, nutrition and weight management.
