100km event – Sunday 21 August
At the first Collins Cup, the 100km race format provided the perfect blend of endurance strength and red-line speed to eke every morsel of effort from our professional athletes. Now it’s your turn to take on 100km of swim-bike-run action.
Your race will kick-off with a 2km, wetsuit-legal, freshwater swim that’ll test your pacing and open-water skills. Once you’re through T1, you’ll embark on a stunning and seriously fast 80km closed-roads bike course.
Finally, it’s back to the x-bionic sphere for a flat run that will also challenge you with the same mixed-terrain sections tackled by the pros. The end of the run will lead you to a grandstand finish that’ll make you feel as much of a triathlon giant as our top pro athletes.
