Tai Chi is one of the 8 branches in the 2500 year Old Chinese health system. It helps to relax, concentrate, gain flexibilty and balance. However it differs in that it focuses on using non-impact exercises and breathing to bring about increased energy and physical harmony to the body and the internal organs such as the lungs, kidneys, stomach, liver and heart.
