We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, February 22, 2025.

The LaunchBot coding and robotics workshop will focus on engaging kids in grades 3-4 in introductory programming. Through hands-on, exploration powered learning, students will develop an understanding of basic programming. LaunchBot is focused on providing fun, hands-on, student-driven robotics classes. Participants will use tablets and Sphero robots for this workshop. The 3rd-4th grade workshop will start on drawing-based programming and move into block coding.

Please note that the workshop will take place in the Space Center robotics lab. Space is limited. Parents/caregivers will be asked to remain in the museum but outside of the robotics lab while the workshop takes place. One complimentary adult admission is included with registration. Any additional family members will be required to pay admission fees.
