Description

Exercise on your own. Resistance equipment available for use. Register for up to two 45-minute periods per week. Bring water shoes and towel.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, 8:15–9 a.m. or 11:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Tuesday or Thursday, 10–10:45 or 3:15–4 p.m.
Fee: $12 for a series. No fee for Renew Active/SilverSneakers/Silver&Fit.

Must register for specific day and time slot. Due to limited capacity at this time, you may select up to two time slots per week. ADD TO CART to make your day/time selections.
Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Pool shoes and towel required for all aquatic activities.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities youre unable to attend.
