Step aerobics offers a fun, effective workout for all fitness levels. It provides a cardiovascular workout to improve heart and lung health and burns calories for weight loss. A variety of step-aerobic moves can be put together to form routines ranging from low to high impact, and varying in complexity.
Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
Level 1: Low intensity. Maintain/improve balance, body control, range of motion, and joint health.
Level 2: Low to moderate. Maintain/improve cardio endurance, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility.
Level 3: Moderate to high. 20+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, agility, and flexibility.
Level 4: High intensity. 30+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, strength, and agility.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
