This program may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.

We want to keep you on your toes and challenge you in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness - strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance.


Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Level 1: Low intensity. Maintain/improve balance, body control, range of motion, and joint health.
Level 2: Low to moderate. Maintain/improve cardio endurance, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility.
Level 3: Moderate to high. 20+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, agility, and flexibility.
Level 4: High intensity. 30+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, strength, and agility.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
