Mat pilates will focus on controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. It will also utilize the training of the arms and legs as well as the trunk muscles.
Yoga will focus on the union of mind, body, and spirit while developing flexibility, strength, and balance.
Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace and to “listen to their bodies”. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
You have the option to attend 1 day or 2 days per week! Pilates will be held on Tuesdays and Yoga on Thursdays.
