Join us for a super fun half marathon along the scenic and beautiful Tennessee River in Decatur, Alabama to kick off a day of family fun for the Carnegie Carnival.
USATF certified 13.1 miles - 1/2 Marathon distance
Race starts at 8am and course will close at 12:30 pm.
Participants will have 4 1/2 hours to complete the course.
Race will be chip timed by the River City Runners.
We welcome ALL participants of ALL abilities!
Runners, walkers, run-walkers, joggers.

Chick-fil-a biscuits and other post-race snacks and drinks will be provided FREE for all participants.
Entertainment and water stations along the course.
Detailed information including a course map, parking suggestions, location of restrooms and water stations will be posted here and emailed to all participants the week of the race.
Additional information for relay teams will be posted and emailed the week of the race also.

$60 for individual half-marathon participants
$100 per relay team (2-4 person team, minimum distance is 3.25 miles per member)

Cash prizes will be awarded for overall male and female winners.

Packet pickup will be Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Carnegie Visual Arts Center and prior to the race on Saturday, February 10, 2018.

Relay participants: 1st and 4th runner will run 3.1 miles, 2nd and 3rd runner will run 3.45 miles.
Participants may run more than one relay leg.
