Stretch and strengthen your entire body in our online morning yoga class! This class includes a warm up of flowing poses, strength building poses, balancing postures, and deeply relaxing poses. To meet the needs of multiple skill levels, modifications to simplify or intensify the practice will be presented. Please bring along your own mat and blocks. If you do not have yoga blocks you can use a rolled up firm blanket.

You may use any computer with internet connection (Windows or Mac), tablet, or cell phone (iphone or android) to view the online live fitness class through Zoom. If knowledgeable, you may want to mirror your computer screen on to your TV for a larger view.
Download the Zoom app or go to https://zoom.us/ . You will be prompted to sign up, which is FREE but not required.
How to view and participate in the fitness class?
Prior to the class beginning, typically 1/2 hour in advance, you will receive an email with the link to join the fitness class you registered for. Click on the link and join the class.
Each week you will receive a new link as the class is live.
Participants are asked to stay muted during the session so that the instructor may teach without any noise or interference.
