Description
Learn the simplified 24 Form Tai Chi with step-by-step instructions. It is a low-impact, weight-bearing exercise with body movement, balance control, muscle coordination and stretches. Some Tai Chi experience or Beginner Tai Chi class recommended.
No class 9/25, 10/2, 10/ 9 & 11/ 27.
