We are pleased to offer this ONLINE REMOTE class through Zoom! Slow graceful exercise with many health benefits including reduced blood pressure, heart rate and stress. Reduces arthritis pain by strengthening muscles around the joints. Increases cardiovascular health, strength, muscle tone and circulation. Improves balance, coordination and concentration. Exercises can be done standing or seated. We are pleased to offer this online remote program through Zoom. Participants will receive the meeting ID and passcode prior to class.
