Learn to swim! Learn to play tennis! Learn the art of yoga! You will participate in two of these activities. Which two will you choose? Swimming instruction is given in the basic strokes. You must have the confidence to get into the pool and put your face in the water. Through games and the guidelines set by the American Red Cross, you will learn to swim! Tennis lessons for beginners will teach you basic strokes with an emphasis on forehand and backhand. We will introduce serving as we work on cardiovascular and strength building. The focus is FUN and MASTERY! Yoga is a fun form of exercise that provides many benefits to the body and mind. You will learn yoga at your own pace in a non-competitive environment. This class is designed to help you find balance, develop strength and flexibility, build self-esteem and confidence, and have fun!
