Sign up for the entire 8 weeks, June 6-July 29 and SAVE 25%! Led by Coach La'Boris Bean and a staff of experience coaches, this new summer offering will give athletes the opportunity to learn correct form and technique through ongoing participation. Each day will include core work along with strength and conditioning exercises. Three time options are available daily - register for the week and have flexibility in class times. Class options are 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Fees are based on weekly attendance. Athletes are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible to achieve the best possible results.
