People with Blix Bikes

The work commute can be a stressful time filled with bumper-to-bumper traffic and fumes. Perhaps you've wished you could bike to work, but because of the distance or the items you need to bring, it's not always feasible. However, an electric bike, such as those manufactured by California-based Blix, could be what you need to bridge the gap between your car and your carbon footprint.

Electronic bicycles' popularity boomed during the pandemic, with them outselling regular bikes by more than double, according to NPD Group (a market research group). Although pandemic restrictions have waned, the popularity of e-bikes has continued to grow. Research firm Deloitte projects that there will be around 130 million electric bikes sold worldwide between 2020 and 2023.

In this Blix Bike review, we will break down five of their offerings so you can choose.

With both batteries, this bike also can go up to 80 miles before it needs to be recharged. This makes it an excellent choice for long commutes or for rides where it won't be possible to charge your ebike. Additionally, the large variety of accessories allows you to pick up groceries and run plenty of other errands without having to grab your car.

If you add on a front basket, you can add 50 more pounds. It should be noted that the more weight that is added to your bike, the more it will affect the handling.
