Come and experience the joy of Tai Chi! You will relieve stress, increase flexibility and improve balance, all without exerting any effort or working up a sweat. Please wear comfortable clothing. No previous Tai Chi experience required and a class can be done sitting in a chair, if balance is a concern. Repeating this class will allow you to experience more deeply the effects of this ancient art of moving meditation.
