Then come join Certified Mindfulness & Meditation instructor, Michele Bledsoe, for this fun, informative and action-packed class to practice focusing on the present moment.
She will discuss how to deal with all those random thoughts, how to make time for meditation practice, stick with it, and find a meditation practice that works for you.
- Questions about meditation and / or how to start up a new practice
- Practice a 10 minute guided meditation
- Talk about incorporating more "now" moments in daily life.
- Practice a 20-minute guided meditation
- Talk about the benefits of meditation and ways to overcome the hurdles that may get in your way to establishing a daily meditation practice.
You'll then create a "time is NOW" clock.
This is fun for your home or work and helps you to know when to take time to meditate - NOW.
What to wear? comfortable clothes that you don't mind if you get something on.
Do I need any experience with meditation to attend this class? No, this class is designed for beginners.
Do I have to have artistic skills to do the craft? No! it is done in a way that is easy and fun!
