Ever wondered the difference between zuppa and minestra? Well the Italians make a clear distinction of the two with elaborate preparations designed around the times of the year and the bounty from the seasons. In this class you will understand the different regional varieties many of which are connected to religious celebrations. You will receive an historical overview as well as amazing tasting zuppe and minestre that can be used as lunch or full dinners because of their richness. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish Interact with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience.
