The top athletes all put in the work, so what separates the best from the rest?
This is a unique opportunity to work with Jordy and learn how she approaches the basics of the game and makes them her own. Learn skills that can be immediately applied in Nationals.
Topics covered include:

Location: Command the zone and how to best leverage your skill.

Velocity: Maximize what you have and and tips to improve.

Movement: Tips to improve spin, break and control.

Mental Toughness: The resilience and fortitude to handle high-pressure situations and the stress of the game.

Competitive Spirit: A desire to win and a willingness to stay focused and motivated throughout the game, even when facing tough opponents or challenging situations.
Event details and schedule
A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign waiver at sign in. If athletes are car pooling please contact us to make other arrangements.
All athletes will need cleats, a glove and are encourged to wear their uniform.
10U, please arrive at 7:30am for sign in and warm ups
12U, please arrive at 9:00am for sign in and warm ups
14U, please arrive at 10:30am for sign in and warm ups
