Please bring a mat and clean towel. If using a facility mat & blocks, please be prepared to clean them after use.
Yoga uses a system of stretches to keep the body strong and flexible, improve circulation and help correct balance and posture. Deep breathing exercises increase lung capacity and release tension and fatigue.
The 9am group is for those that are comfortable getting up and down from the floor, and have basic yoga familiarity and foundation.
