Class will be held virtually the month of January. In-person will resume in February if center operations can resume.
Learn the importance of building strength and correct the myths that cause fear of strength training in women. More muscle means a better metabolism, improved cognition and a firmer body. Get a great workout and feel great about your body!

Group Exercise classes can only be attended by membership, pass or drop-in. Check the C3 Group Exercise Page for more details on payment options.
Schedule the classes you wish to attend through Omnify. Drop-in will require you to pay onsite prior to class. Memberships or passes will allow you to schedule for free.
Masks and distancing is required for this in-persons class. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. If you have your own blocks, feel free to bring them for safely. Please be prepared to wipe down any facility equipment you may use to help keep staff safe.
