Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, April 16, 2022.
Come learn how to work the most available prop, the floor. We will go through different approaches to get up and down off the floor as well as what to do when you get there. This class will have a warm-up and close with conditioning to build strength to master the movements. All levels welcome. Please do not worry if not all the moves are for you, there will be complimentary exercises you can practice to build up towards it. Please bring a yoga mat and/or knee pads if you have them.
