Event details and schedule
You are welcome to arrive at any time you like and enjoy the event but you must register for the race NO LATER than one hour before your scheduled wave time.
The registration area is located in the main event field, where the start and finish of the race is located. Just look out for a large white marquee with the sing that says "Registration". Registration opens at 8am and race goody bags can be picked up when you register.
You need to bring your confirmation email and photo ID with you for registration.
You will be asked to sign a hard copy of the waiver that you will have previously agreed to when booking.
Car parking is located a short distance from the main event field. Upon arrival just follow the signs. Car park stewards will be there to guide you.
You should bring whatever you feel will be comfortable for running the event. Weather can be unpredictable, so you may want to ensure you have adequate clothing for all eventualities. The race features a variety of terrain and you will be getting muddy and wet. All types of footwear are permitted but we would prefer if you didn't wear metal spikes. If you do you will be asked to remove them before attempting certain obstacles for safety reasons.
We advise that you bring suitable warm dry clothing to change into after the event; including socks and underwear. You may well end up soaked through.
It is a condition of our licence that we can not allow people to bring alcohol with them onto the site, but refreshments, including a beer tent, will be available on the day.
You have the choice of a 5k or 12k route. The course incorporates numerous obstacles in a varied natural environment. You will encounter muddy terrain, rocky terrain, hilly terrain and water. You will be getting totally immersed at times, so please bear that in mind in relation to any electronic equipment you may want to bring.
There are bouncy castles, trade, food and refreshment stands, right through to the end day and into the evening where we will have music and a beer tent so that you can relax with your team mates, friends and family after having proven you are Tuff Enuff!
If you have any further queries we're more than happy for you to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
See you on the day and remember; the key thing is to have fun!
