This class explores how yoga works on your body and mind, and is an excellent introduction for those new to the practice, or to reawaken your yoga practice. Participants will learn foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques. Open to all levels; take a step back from your busy day to relax and unwind.

Comfortable fitted clothes and a yoga mat recommended, but not required.
