Using the abdominal exercises of fitness pioneer Joseph Pilates, we re-awaken core muscles and breathe life back into the spine, as we return balance, stability, and flexibility to our bodies. For individuals who can get up and down from the floor safely.
For this class you will need to bring your own mat, and other equipment to class with you. The center will not have mats and equipment to share. This class will be socially distanced, everyone has to wear their mask while in the building, and can only lower their masks when actively drinking. Some classes may take place outdoors. P lease note that water fountains are not working. So please bring your own water bottle
