The 4th Annual Nightmare on Elm Street Cycling Challenge will start at State Street Bicycles in historic downtown Commerce on May 25th. Riders will head out to ride 62, 30, or 15 miles to enjoy a fabulous day of cycling while proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Jackson County, whose goal is “To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.”
Event details and schedule
Check in at State Street Bicycles, 25 State Street in Commerce. There is plenty of parking throughout the downtown area. Packet pick-up & day of ride registration will open at 7:00 AM. Registration area will be clearly marked.
All riders will start at 8:30 AM
All routes (62, 30, and 15 miles) are fully sagged and supported with great rest stops approximately every 10-15 miles.
*62 Mile - Metric Century: A fast paced ride through the beautiful country back roads of Northeast Georgia.
*30 Mile - Intermediate Ride: This will share a portion of the Century route, at half the distance.
*15 Mile - Beginner Ride: A scenic slower paced ride. Perfect for riders of any level.
After the ride you will enjoy some fantastic food, drink and music. Food and drink can be purchased too for your friends who came because they were so worried about you!
