Cardio Kickboxing uses kickboxing moves in a choreographed class that will keep you kicking, punching, and moving the whole time for an hour of calorie burn!
*Masks required.
*Please check in at the front desk and tell them you are here for a fitness class. If you plan to stay after class and work out on the weight room floor, please check back in at the front desk. Space is limited.
