Our Indoor Cycling class uses our stationary bikes to lead a high energy, high intensity but low impact cardio class. With a cool breeze on your face, it'll feel like you're actually cruising along on a bike!
*Masks required.
*PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE HERE FOR A FITNESS CLASS! You must leave the rec center after the fitness class or CHECK BACK IN at the front desk if you would like to stay and workout on the weight room floor.
