Description
Learn the fundamentals of Tai-Chi. Athletic or loose fitting clothing recommended. This program meets on Thursday at 6pm and Saturdays at 10am.
All individuals entering the building will wear a face mask that fully covers both mouth and nose at all times while they remain inside the center. The first class will begin on Feb. 11th. The first Saturday class will also begin that week on Feb. 13th.
