This yoga class is suitable for both new and continuing students preferring a less vigorous version of a Yoga 1 class. Move through poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance while emphasizing mindfulness and breath awareness. Modifications offered so you can comfortably achieve the benefits of each pose.
