Pilates is the ultimate mind-body exercise program. This class can be modified
and use of toys is optional. Exercises incorporate multiple repetitions,
mixed tempos, added equipment and reformer-like movements. Strengthen
your legs, arms and core, increase your flexibility, and reduce stress! Focus is
on core, balance, breathing, and alignment. Use your own mat and ball. This is
