Martial Arts (Aikido) and Ki training (Japanese yoga), as taught by Japan’s Shin Shin Toitsu Aikidokai, promotes dynamic movement with unified mind and body. This class is for Beginners to advanced. The Ki part is low-impact. The Aikido self defense part involves rolling on mats and sometimes practice with wooden staff and sword.
