Help manage joint and muscle discomfort with movement. Each participant is encouraged to move at their own pace during this gentle class. Classes are Tuesday 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Thursday 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
You can do Tuesdays and Thursdays for $73 or you can do Tuesdays Only for $39 or Thursdays Only for $36.
