Beginner and intermediate dancers, this modern dance class pulls from
the classic styles such as Limón, Horton, or Graham. Warm-up with a floor
warm-up that helps you release unnecessary tension and engages the core.
Class continues with standing exercises and simple across the floor exercises
built from classic modern techniques. You may dance in bare feet and wear
