Wake up, and get to know your coffee! Explore the coffee bean's intriguing history and enjoy an outdoor roasting demonstration over a fire. Stroll outside and discover plants used as coffee substitutes during supply shortages. Fuel up with a delicious tasting by local roaster, Pfefferkorn's Coffee. Learn how beans are selected and processed, and discern flavor profiles of different coffee varieties. Baked treats by Sweet Simplici-tea accompany three of six tastings. Coffee for sale on-site.
