About this event
Men & Women (Ages 14+) - Beginner - Intermediate (6:00 - 6:55PM): Gymnastics will improve performance in other sports, as well as overall fitness and functional strength. This class provides instruction on tumbling skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, and flips. Registration includes 6 class dates between February 7 - March 14.
