Are you ready for a fitness challenge? The Y’s fitness boot camp is the personal training class for you. Boot camp is a military-style combination of calisthenics and outdoor running/walking to strengthen all major muscle groups and increase cardiovascular capacity. Designed to cater to all fitness levels. Each month you will also get an i ndividual consultation with your own personal trainer.
