Love the idea of Yoga and Pilates fusion but find it hard to get up and down from the floor? This class will be perfect for you. You will strengthen your core, along with increasing your flexibility, while improving your balance and all based around a chair. This is great for beginners, as well as those of you with hip and knee replacements, however anyone would benefit from this class.
