This 45-minute class will work your heart and lungs out while burning tons of fat. All cardio format using many different styles and modalities. Join for the fitness – stay for the fun! (All fitness levels welcome)
You will receive an e-mail approx. 30 minutes prior to your first class with an invitation link to the ZOOM class. This link will be used for your entire session so please make sure to save it. Make sure that your space is prepared with any equipment that you may want/need, your water and if possible, try to be the only one on the internet in your household for the best quality video. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow you into class after the scheduled start time so please make sure to sign into class on time. We are giving everyone a 15 minute window before the scheduled start time to sign on and test your connection. Enjoy!
