Zoom class- Registration will close 2 days before the class begins and link will be emailed to you the day before the class begins. No drop-ins. If you would like to receive a recording of the class, please email Melissa at mpasquale@chicorec. Once your registration for the month has been confirmed, an email will be sent when the recording becomes available.
Feeling stressed? Low on energy? We have just the class for you! For centuries, people have been using yoga to enhance the body and mind. Yoga has been known to reduce stress and increase energy, as well as improve muscle tone and flexibility. This yoga class is suitable for the beginner as well as those who have taken yoga classes before. You will learn basic yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel or mat and refrain from eating for 2 hours prior to class. Instructor: Tulya.
