SHiNE Dance Fitness™? mixes current hit music with original choreography for the ultimate confidence boosting, full body workout experience you didn't know you needed! Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class is the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. We believe fitness should be inclusive, effective, sustainable and FUN. No dance experience needed. All levels are welcome and modifications are always provided SHiNE is truly for everybody! Come along!
